Founded in 1974 by just a handful of administrators, the New Orleans Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators has grown to more than 100 members strong! The New Orleans Chapter is affiliated with the National Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

Chapter President

Thank you for visiting the website of the New Orleans chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Our chapter has over 120 members representing law firms of all sizes in the City of New Orleans and surrounding areas. We provide educational opportunities and resources to our members and partnering opportunities to our vendor sponsors.

Membership dues provide monthly educational lunch seminars, periodic “webinars,” a sponsored CLM study group, vendor partnering events, an annual retreat and unlimited peer support from people working in a firm just like yours. Our chapter is a great place to improve your skills and make new friends in the process. Contact us today!

The mission of ALA is to improve the quality of management in legal services organizations; to promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of legal administrators and all members of the management team; and represent professional legal management and managers to the legal community and to the community at large.
